What is it like to work with X-PRINTI?

The program is simple and intuitive. It consists of 3 modules, and each of them can be installed on a different computer. This lets different people carry out their tasks independently:

Labels - This is where the label template is designed, into which data from the Records module is inserted. If you have, say, 300 products, you only need to design 1 template, based on which you can print a label for each of these products.

Records - This is where we gather basic information about products, such as names, nutritional value tables, and barcodes. All this data (including data from the X-mart Calculator) will be inserted into the label template created in the next module.

Printouts - This module is often installed on a separate device on the production line. From the printing panel, the operator only selects the labels needed and presses the print button. Before printing, they can also, for example, assign a production batch number and modify the production or expiry date. Our customers can adapt the panel to their needs and production conditions.

Who is X-PRINTI for?

We created it with the following in mind:

Manufacturers who want to print labels with a fixed weight or with a real-time scale measurement.
Users working both with partially pre-printed labels and blank ones (graphic elements can be added using the program).
In particular, users of the X-mart Nutritional Value Calculator, who automatically transfer key content from it onto product labels.

Integration with scales

X-PRINTI can connect to scales equipped with RS232 or USB ports. This setup allows for:

printing labels with the weight and price of the weighed item,
printing weight-based and price-based EAN13 codes.

Using the operator panel, the user can perform all operations related to weighing and printing labels (taring, zeroing).

The X-PRINTI system can also be used to streamline processes that involve weighing, including checking the correctness of weighing:

In the product records, it is possible to set minimum and maximum weight ranges for the weighed product; in that case, a label can only be printed for a weight within the MIN-MAX range, which provides 100% certainty that the weighed products are within the set weight norms.

As standard, X-PRINTI has dedicated drivers for OHAUS scales.
