Subiekt GT (InsERT)

Subiekt GT is the latest version of the systems well known in Poland from InsERT: Subiekt 4, Subiekt 5, and Subiekt for Windows. Subiekt GT is part of the InsERT GT line, which also includes Rachmistrz GT – a program for bookkeeping in the form of a revenue and expense ledger or a flat-rate tax register, Rewizor GT – a program for full accounting ledgers, Gratyfikant GT – a payroll and HR system, and Gestor GT – a customer relationship management system. The database engine used in the InsERT GT line of programs is Microsoft SQL Server, whose free Express Edition is supplied together with the system.

• handling of prepayments, credit card payments, and sales on credit;
• handling of orders with item reservation and advance invoices;
• extensive handling of bank accounts (in PLN or foreign currency) with deposit, withdrawal, and transfer operations (plus commission fees, statements, etc.);
• full handling of settlements (receivables and payables), including multi-currency settlements;
• many different summaries, reports, and analyses; the ability to create your own reports;
• extensive support for external devices (fiscal cash registers, fiscal printers, label printing scales, barcode scanners);
• full integration with the Gestor GT customer relationship management (CRM) system;
• full integration with the Rachmistrz GT computerized revenue and expense ledger and the Rewizor GT financial and accounting system;
• Integration with the zarezerwuj.pl reservation system
