Mini-Market (INSOFT)

Mini-Market is software for running stores managed from a chain's head office. In this solution, Mini-Market acts as an endpoint of the system, working on its own local database and exchanging data online with the central database. All staff activity in the stores is focused on sales and customer service, while other activities are minimized and automated.

Mini-Market - product features:

• can be adapted to the needs of any industry thanks to the extensive configuration options for the cashier's work panel. The panel can be configured for both touchscreens and regular keyboards. Products can be described and parameterized freely, e.g., by assignment to a product category tree, by size, color, etc. Photos can be assigned to products and displayed on the panels or in the item information.
• saves time entering delivery documents in stores – since deliveries are entered at head office and their correctness is confirmed in-store using mobile computers (no data needs to be retyped).
• gives store staff the ability to check stock levels at other outlets in the chain and order an item for a customer.
• supports loyalty systems - both points-based and discount-based. Rules are set centrally, and reading the card automatically applies the discount rules to transactions. The loyalty system helps configure a personalized offer for the customer.
• supports equipment typical for a store, including: fiscal printers, receipt printers, label printing scales, checkout scales, price checkers, customer counters, mobile computers (data collectors), label printers.
• reports data from stores to head office in real time, including which stores had turnover, what margin they achieved on the goods sold, and how much money should be in the cash box at each store
• enables real-time viewing of stock levels, both in the store and at head office, making it possible to instantly decide on an additional delivery or a transfer of goods between stores
• supports multilingual versions – this makes it possible to implement a uniform system for the entire chain of stores regardless of the country of location.

Managing a chain of stores

To manage a chain of stores equipped with Mini-Market, we use the PC-Market 7 software in the version with remote management of till prices.

This solution was designed to support a chain of company-owned stores. In this model, the PC-Market program acts as the head office for the Mini-Market programs. Thanks to this solution, head office can automatically make use of all the functionality and modules offered by PC-Market. The chain's head office maintains close supervision over the operation of every store, manages the product range and prices, carries out analyses, and makes purchasing decisions.
