The LINK Online cash register draws on the best patterns and experience of Novitus brand cash registers. LINK Online belongs to the new family of Novitus Online Power devices. What does that mean? Novitus has created a line of devices with previously unmatched power, which includes, among other things, 32-bit processors clocked at up to 524MHz, a huge amount of internal memory, and 256MB of operating memory. The fiscal memory is now 100x more capacious than in devices with an electronic copy. Product databases in Online Power devices hold 20 and 50 thousand, or even 1 million codes in selected devices. The LINUX system guarantees stable operation, and the Novitus platform provides a power reserve for many years ahead, regardless of future challenges. Data security is ensured by a TPM encryption module and two-way authentication – solutions proven in over 4 billion devices worldwide.

Communication in a modern form

LINK Online is a fiscal cash register that enables connection and data transmission to the Central Repository of Cash Registers (CRK) via a telecommunications network. This means it meets the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Enterprise and Technology on the criteria and technical conditions that recording cash registers must meet (Rozporządzenie Ministra Przedsiębiorczości i Technologii), as well as the VAT Act (Ustawa o VAT).

The cash register’s new functions are practically maintenance-free

The user does not need to perform any additional operations, other than ensuring the cash register has a connection to a properly configured internet network. Data generated during the cash register’s operation (receipts, invoices, reports, non-fiscal printouts, events, etc.) is automatically sent in the form of encrypted files, digitally signed by the given device, in JPK format, to the Central Repository of Cash Registers, in accordance with the schedule set for the cash register.

Proven technology

The cash register has all the functions that fiscal cash registers with an electronic receipt copy have had until now. It can print the buyer’s NIP (tax ID) number on the fiscal receipt, add the company’s graphic logo in the receipt header, and on other non-fiscal printouts. Below the fiscal receipt, you can print any advertising text, any graphic, or a QR code.

Ease of use

A copy of the printouts in the fiscal cash register is saved electronically in the internal protected memory. This memory is sufficient for several years of the cash register’s operation. Copies of the printouts from the protected memory are also available to the user. They can be printed directly on the cash register or read on a PC computer using special software supplied with the cash register.

The cash register can communicate with the Central Repository of Cash Registers and with sales software via a standard computer network through its built-in LAN port, or, for example, via a WiFi or GSM module connected to the USB port.
