Delivery and payment
Below you will find the delivery costs and lead times, and the available payment methods. You will always see the total order cost — including delivery — in your cart, before placing the order.

- The delivery cost for parcels over 90 kg (e.g. platform scales, large sets) is agreed individually and quoted before the contract is concluded.
- Items available in stock are shipped within 2 business days of the payment being credited, or — for cash-on-delivery orders — from order confirmation.
- If a device requires fiscalization or configuration, or is imported to order, we will inform you of the expected lead time before the contract is concluded.

Choosing a payment method does not involve any additional fees. For every order we issue a fiscal receipt or — on request — a VAT invoice.
