The Novitus POINT printer is the latest fiscal printer from Novitus, dedicated to your business. The printer is equipped with a range of innovative software functions and technological solutions. In addition to a high-quality print mechanism providing very fast printing and a precise paper cutter, the printer features a color display showing the receipt content and the names of the items sold, or (also graphical) printer menus. The printer can work in two positions: with the raised display facing upward and toward the customer while the print mechanism feeds paper toward the operator, or with the print mechanism facing upward and the customer display facing forward. Anyone can adjust its working position to their own point of sale.

POINT is the first device in the ONLINE 3.0 family, providing direct integration with the Ministry of Finance receipt HUB (HUB paragonowy Ministerstwa Finansów), allowing e-receipts to be sent to customers free of charge via the e-Paragony app. Sending receipts to customers electronically (e-receipt) means giving up paper printouts and saving paper, resulting in lower device operating costs. It works with many commercial sales systems that support e-receipts, including many operating in e-commerce. Novitus devices are the only ones that, in addition to the mandatory e-receipt in encrypted JWS format, also send a readable receipt image in PNG format.

Sales systems working with Novitus POINT printers can also send e-receipts to customers without using external intermediary servers (e-receipt HUBs). This can be done directly from the sales program by reading the e-receipt straight from the device's memory and sending it to the customer identified in that system. This method allows both the encrypted JWS file (required by e-receipt regulations) and a readable PNG receipt image to be downloaded from the device. Such handling without any e-receipt server is unique and sets Novitus solutions apart on the market.

The printer can operate in three categories: as a general-purpose device, a pharmacy version, or a ticket printer - the version is selected once by the service technician during printer fiscalization.

The color TFT display operating in High Color mode can display graphics and promotional videos. This unique solution, which allows animated ads and messages to be shown on the customer display, means the device can also become an advertising medium at the point of sale. As much as 1 GB of the printer's memory is reserved for the owner's graphics and promotional videos. The printer allows an additional external display to be connected, which can either duplicate the content shown on the built-in customer display or operate independently. This is the most versatile online printer in the NOVITUS range, supporting communication with the Central Cash Register Repository (CRK, Centralne Repozytorium Kas).

MULTI-COMMUNICATION - Thanks to external USB ports, after connecting a WiFi card, GSM modem, or BT link, the user gains a flexibility of operation not found in other models and the ability to integrate with distributed sales systems. Connection to the CRK is also possible via LAN, WLAN, or GPRS. Once the WiFi connection is correctly configured, the printer remembers up to 10 WLAN networks and connects to them automatically. The printer can also be connected to a computer system via a traditional RS232 port or a dual-channel USB port. The logical PC2 port allows integration with central data-collection systems, monitoring systems, and other third-party solutions operating independently of the sales system. Tunneling transmission between the printer's ports allows additional external devices to be connected to it.

The ECR-EFT (FROB) communication protocol implemented in the printer allows any sales system to be integrated, via the printer, with any payment terminal supporting the ECR-EFT protocol.

The printer supports the most popular protocols on the market: Novitus, Novitus-compatible, and the modern XML protocol. In addition, as the first fiscal device on the Polish market, it allows communication via API (a so-called RESTful protocol) thanks to the NoviAPI functionality. This allows fast integration of the printer with any third-party sales software, including foreign systems.

POWER AND SPEED - The most powerful processor on the fiscal device market and four times more RAM than other printer models mean faster information processing, faster printing, and better multi-threaded operation. The printer can reach print speeds of up to 58 lines of text per second (approx. 20 cm of printout). The printer is available with a high-class 2'' print mechanism (57 mm wide paper) or 3'' (80 mm wide paper). The paper roll compartment holds rolls up to 100 linear meters. The printer can print the buyer's NIP (tax ID) on the fiscal receipt, the company's graphic logo on the receipt, and on other non-fiscal printouts. It allows VAT invoices to be printed directly on its print mechanism. It offers a wide range of customizable non-fiscal printouts, including any graphics, large-format graphics, and QR codes.
