ELZAB Kolektor CE

Kolektor CE application is designed for warehouse management on mobile computers (data collectors) running Windows CE/WM.

A mobile computer with the Kolektor CE program installed exchanges data with the warehouse system via a server program installed on a computer.

The server provides the mobile computer with:

• item databases,
• documents for picking,
• the contractor database.

Documents created by the mobile computer are sent via the server to the warehouse system.

In the case of warehouse systems where the server connects to the database via a client account, it can run in the background, allowing it to operate without user intervention and giving the mobile computer “direct” communication with the warehouse system.

The Kolektor CE program works with the server in offline mode, connecting to it only to exchange data. Communication between the mobile computer and the server can be wired or wireless; in both cases a socket connection is used (server IP:port).
