Gratyfikant GT (InsERT)

Gratyfikant GT is a modern HR and payroll system, the successor to the Gratyfikant 3 program. We recommend it to people who handle HR and payroll matters in small and medium-sized businesses, as well as to accounting offices.

Gratyfikant GT has many advanced features essential to an HR and payroll department. It enables personnel records to be kept within the company, various types of contracts to be issued, and payslips and invoices to be recorded; it also supports the Company Social Benefits Fund (Zakładowy Fundusz Świadczeń Socjalnych), and makes it easier to issue tax returns (including PIT-4, PIT-4R, PIT-8AR, PIT-11/8B, PIT-36, PIT-36L, PIT-37, PIT-40) and Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) declarations (including RCA, RZA, RSA, DRA). The system is kept up to date with current regulations. Gratyfikant GT works together with the Płatnik program.

Gratyfikant GT is part of the InsERT GT system and is integrated with the accounting programs in that line: the revenue and expense ledger program Rachmistrz GT, and the financial and accounting system Rewizor GT. Data gathered in mikroGratyfikant GT, as well as in the Płatnik system, can be transferred into it.

Below is a list of the program's key capabilities:

• a unique, flexible pay model offering extensive options for creating, managing and calculating employee pay;
• extensive employee records (medical examinations, occupational health and safety courses, awards, penalties, employment history, grouping, assigning attributes, employee photos and much more);
• records of employment contracts with a highly flexible mechanism for creating advanced pay systems (multiple payslip definitions within a single contract, global or individual pay components);
• planning employees' working time under employment contracts (changes to the work calendar during the term of the contract, defining exceptions), and printing monthly and annual calendars;
• records of contracts of mandate, contracts for specific work, and management contracts (including flat-rate tax-deductible costs); defining flexible schedules for paying out invoices under civil-law contracts;
• recording employees' actual working time (overtime, night hours, absence hours, monthly or periodic settlement, e.g. every 3 months);
• records of absence from work (sick leave, holiday leave and many others) for employment contracts and civil-law contracts (selected types of absence);
• extensive pay components (additions, deductions, parametric components, definable components, automatic components, extensive configuration options);
• definitions of payroll lists and pay sets that make calculating monthly pay easier and more automated; settling working-time records, piecework pay, commissions, additions, deductions and wage garnishments in any payroll list; an extensive payslip analyzer;
• calculating and printing tax returns (PIT-4, PIT-4R, PIT-8AR, PIT-11/8B, PIT-36, PIT-36L, PIT-37, PIT-40); generating data for ZUS registration and settlement declarations;
• support for the Employee Capital Plans (PPK) (registration and settlement declarations), in line with the standard prepared by the PPK Working Group.
