Rewizor GT (InsERT)

Rewizor GT is a professional financial and accounting system for small and medium-sized enterprises. The program is built on the basis of the Accounting Act (Ustawa o Rachunkowości) and adapted to European Union requirements. It is designed for both independent accountants and accounting offices.

Rewizor GT has a full range of functions needed to efficiently keep full accounting books: from managing charts of accounts, through posting and bookkeeping, to managing receivables/payables and fixed assets.

Rewizor GT is an extremely easy-to-use program with a modern interface that ensures the highest ergonomics and comfort of use. Thanks to an intuitive setup wizard, getting started with the program will not be difficult even for less experienced users.

Rewizor GT is a component of the InsERT GT system – a fully integrated suite of programs for running an SME, which also includes the sales program Subiekt GT, the HR and payroll system Gratyfikant GT, and the customer relationship management system Gestor GT. In Rewizor GT, basic payroll processing is possible thanks to the free bundled mikroGratyfikant GT program.

• flexible chart-of-accounts management: the ability to generate a template chart of accounts, carry it over from another financial year, automatically create sub-ledger accounts by linking records, and support for off-balance-sheet accounts;
• extensive posting: dividing accounting documents into drafts and posted documents, automation of routine tasks (creating and settling receivables/payables, generating VAT entries), and support for foreign-currency postings;
• advanced management of receivables/payables (creation and settlement); a tight link between receivables/payables and account entries; a full history of settlements; settlements shared with Subiekt GT;
• recording and settling VAT fully in line with the current legislation: recording domestic VAT transactions (supplies and acquisitions), intra-EU transactions (WNT and WDT – intra-Community acquisitions and supplies), and non-EU transactions (export and import of goods); automatic calculation of the VAT-7/7K return – monthly or quarterly settlement;
• automatic creation of accounting postings via contextual posting and import; extensive import schemes; special support for users working simultaneously in Subiekt GT and Rewizor GT (the Documents for Posting module);
• features specially designed for accounting offices: support for any number of business entities, carrying over charts of accounts from other entities, bulk license operations, importing documents from a file generated by a remote Subiekt GT, backing up all entities at once, and more;
• records of fixed assets and intangible assets and the operations related to them;
• defining and calculating a range of financial statements, summaries and tax returns;
• creating graphical printouts (all) and text printouts (the main ones); advanced management of graphical printouts from within the program;
• the Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 database engine, ensuring high performance and operational security;
• operation on a computer network or a single workstation, and integration with other InsERT programs.
