Kitchen Screen and Order Printer – a new quality of order handling

Wondering how to boost service efficiency? Real-time updates of orders on the Kitchen Screen let cooks react quickly to incoming orders, while waiters are notified when an order is ready.

What's more, the Order Printer app – software for Android devices – lets the waiter take the customer's order right at the table. The kitchen server routes the order to the kitchen or the bar, shortening the customer's waiting time. Through it, the waiter learns that the kitchen/bar has already prepared the order and it is ready to collect!

Kitchen Screen support (surcharge per station) PC-POS 7 / Mini-Market / PC-Gastronom - Kitchen Screen support - the module enables sending successive line items from a receipt, or sold recipe-based products, to the "Kitchen Screen" (a program that replaces the kitchen printer in operation). On the kitchen screen, orders sent from PC-POS 7 can be read and marked as completed. When selling a product created from a recipe in PC-Market 7, the PC-POS 7 register can, upon such a sale, save a recipe document (receipt/issue document) in the PC-Market 7 database, accounting for the recipe's ingredients based on the recipe template defined in PC-Market 7. Order Fulfillment Screen (surcharge per station) Order Fulfillment Screen - this module displays the fulfillment status of orders placed by customers. The application is divided into two sections: "In Progress," which shows orders currently being prepared, and "Ready for Pickup," which shows orders that have already been completed and are ready for the customer to collect. The application is designed for the Android operating system (laptop, tablet). Delivery Support for Foodservice Delivery - a phone-order delivery module that enables an automated process for placing telephone orders. This solution is based on the GastroPhone application (Android), which acts as a phone switchboard, routing calls to the PC-Gastronom system. Order Calculation Module Order Calculation Module supports the process of preparing finished products for the customer based on the order they placed. It enables automated tracking of the order process from its start - that is, order calculation - through to its completion - that is, handing over the finished product to the customer. This functionality is useful wherever customer orders include products resulting from recipes. The mechanism automatically calculates the quantity of raw materials needed to fulfill the customer's order and, through a requirements document, generates the appropriate purchase orders to suppliers for products that are recipe ingredients. Online Order Support for Foodservice This module enables restaurants to accept online orders from providers such as Pyszne.pl, Glovo, Bolt Food, Uber Eats, Wolt, and Choice. The module is based on an integration with the Restimo platform. Thanks to this integration, restaurants using PC-Gastronom software can enjoy even greater smoothness and efficiency in order handling, as orders are automatically imported into the sales system.
