Konsola Kupca - software for a store chain's head office

Konsola Kupca is a system for running a store chain's head office. Thanks to its versatility, Konsola Kupca allows data to be collected and different types of stores, supermarkets and retail outlets to be managed, and provides data exchange with external ERP systems.

Konsola Kupca allows central management of the product list and prices. Central lists allow quick comparison of current prices, quantities, etc. across individual stores. The head office can, among other things:

block goods receipt at the store at a price other than the one negotiated with the supplier
block goods receipt at the store from suppliers other than those under contract
impose retail prices
withdraw a product from the offer.

Konsola Kupca allows central management of the list of business partners. A partner entered at the head office is automatically distributed to the databases of all stores. At the head office you can check the turnover with a given supplier or manufacturer of a product.

Konsola Kupca allows central management of loyalty cards and the loyalty system. The head office can analyze all customer visits, award points to a customer, and set individual discounts for a customer and the rules by which those discounts are to be calculated.

Konsola Kupca supports central orders and deliveries. The head office can receive orders from stores and then use them to generate bulk orders to suppliers.

Konsola Kupca is equipped with an analysis and reporting system: it analyzes, among other things, cooperation with suppliers and manufacturers, stock levels, sales, prices, margins and many other parameters that make it easier to control commercial activity.

PC-Loyalty - Loyalty and Promotional System - central module PC-Loyalty - Loyalty and Promotional System - an additional module at headquarters that allows managing points, discounts, and gift issuance, reporting management data, and providing personalized customer information via the web (PC-Loyalty). Konsola Kupca and the PC-Loyalty program, accessible via a web browser, allow managing point and discount rules in PC-Market 7 from item [Ia.11], as well as the product promotion system for PC-POS 7 POS stations from item [III.6]. NOTE 1: using the "Loyalty System" module functionality [item Ia.11] in a store chain, in PC-Market 7, requires purchasing the central module [IV.5] and module [Ia.11] for all PC-Market licenses supported by this store chain headquarters (that have module [IV.3]). Central currency exchange rate importer Konsola Kupca - Central currency exchange rate importer - the ability to import currency exchange rates directly into the store chain headquarters database from the NBP website. The import runs daily at a time set in the interface configuration. The imported exchange rate (purchase rate) for the current day is the average rate from the previous day at NBP. The exchange rate retrieved for purchase documents can be automatically carried over and applied to sales documents as well, taking any "spread" into account. During import, parameters such as "Rate date" and "Exchange rate table number" are also saved to the database. Exchange rates imported this way can be used for transactions at PC-POS 7 registers and on selected documents and reports in PC-Market 7.
