PC-Petrol is a system designed for the comprehensive management of fuel stations, whether operating independently or as part of a network. You can read fuel levels in tanks, temperature, water level and alarms. You can program prices on price towers and dispensers.
PC-Petrol is a complete system made up of the following applications:
- the PC-Petrol POS point of sale,
- the Petrol Server automation server,
- the PC-Market warehouse management software
- the PC-Flota fleet card handling system
- the Konsola Kupca station network management center
With PC-Petrol you can support many popular devices, such as:
Fiscal printers, payment terminals, barcode scanners and magnetic card readers, programmable keyboards, touch screens, customer displays, portable inventory devices, customer counters, price checkers, label printers, receipt printers. A total of more than 150 types of specialized devices!
In PC-Petrol you settle fuel at a reference temperature of 15°C.
Deliveries, stocktaking, delivery discrepancies and fuel stock levels are calculated at the reference temperature. Tank level readings and automation readings are converted and shown in the quantities the fuel would have if it were at a temperature of 15°C.
From the POS you can fully control the dispensers:
- sell against a receipt, invoice or delivery note (WZ) - the dispensers will be released automatically,
- release a dispenser without issuing a receipt,
- lock a dispenser so that no one can fuel from it,
- program a customer's prepaid amount,
- interrupt fueling in progress,
- sell fuel outside of the dispenser.
You can run sales in one of three station operating modes:
- Day mode - after fueling, the dispenser is locked until a receipt is issued.
- Night mode - the dispenser will only allow fueling up to the amount prepaid by the customer.
- Queue mode - the dispensers are ready for the next fueling immediately after the nozzle is replaced.
