Zebex Z-3100

The Zebex Z-3100 is a medium-range handheld LED barcode scanner using CCD/CMOS reading technology. With a reading distance of up to 35 cm, the scanner reads all standard codes, including the new GS1 DataBar standard.

Thanks to Ultrascan technology, reading takes place from a distance of up to 30 cm at a speed of 330 scans per second, allowing for very comfortable use. And thanks to its light, ergonomic, and durable housing, working with this device becomes exceptionally pleasant.

The scanner can work in two modes: reading triggered by a button, or automatic mode that does not require a button.

The device has three built-in communication interfaces: RS232 serial, USB, and PS2 keyboard emulation. Changing the way the scanner communicates with the connected device (PC, fiscal cash register) only requires replacing the transmission cable and changing the transmission parameters.

The scanner is a programmable device. Its parameters can be changed by reading the appropriate programming codes. This allows the device's settings to be adapted to the user's requirements and needs. There are no moving parts inside the scanner, which makes it exceptionally resistant to shocks – tested for drops from 1.5 m.
