PC-Petrol – a system for running petrol stations
PC-Petrol by INSOFT runs the whole station from one system: fuel and shop sales, dispenser and tank automation, back-office stock, fleet cards and shift settlements. It works for a single station and for a chain of dozens of sites.

What the system consists of
PC-Petrol POS
Checkout station: fuel, shop, food service and car wash handled from one screen, with a live view of the dispensers.
Petrol Server
Automation server: communication with dispensers, tank probes, the price pylon and peripherals.
PC-Market
Back-office stock for the shop area: deliveries, stocktaking, prices, margins and orders.
PC-Flota
Fleet cards, cashless sales and settlements with business customers.
Konsola Kupca
Managing a chain of stations from one place: shared price lists, assortment and consolidated reports.

What the system does at the station
Dispenser automation
Day, night and queue modes, authorising and blocking fills, remote price programming on dispensers and the pylon.
Tank monitoring
Fuel level and temperature readings, alarms, delivery and loss control, temperature conversion to 15°C.
Documents and reports
Over 40 types of stock documents and over 80 reports: sales, margins, stock levels, cashier shift settlements.
Payments and loyalty
Integration with payment terminals and with loyalty and discount programmes.
Fiscal devices
Works with NOVITUS, ELZAB, POSNET, EMAR and other fiscal printers, including online models.
Accounting and data exchange
Over 70 interfaces to financial and accounting systems plus EDI document exchange.
One station or a whole chain
At a single station PC-Petrol keeps track of sales, tank levels and shift settlements, while staff work on one simple screen.
In a chain Konsola Kupca is added: shared assortment and price lists, site comparison, consolidated reports and margin control without driving between stations.
The system supports over 150 types of station devices, so it can usually be connected to the equipment you already have – without replacing the dispensers.

How implementation looks
1. Talk and site visit
We check what dispensers, probes and fiscal devices you have and how the station is operated.
2. Configuration
We install the system, connect the automation and set up prices, assortment and cashier permissions.
3. Data migration
We import the assortment, price lists and business customers so staff do not have to enter everything from scratch.
4. Staff training
We train the cashier shift on the POS, receiving deliveries and closing a shift.
5. Go-live and assistance
We are there for the first shift after the start and fine-tune the settings on the spot.
6. Service and support
Remote support, updates and hardware service, also long after the rollout.
