Subiekt Nexo (InsERT)

Subiekt nexo is a program that comprehensively supports sales operations in small and medium-sized companies - shops, wholesalers, workshops, service businesses, etc. Its friendly, intuitive interface makes work easier and faster, and its rich functionality meets the needs of modern entrepreneurs, regardless of industry.

Subiekt nexo provides support for all types of commercial documents (a particular advantage is the advanced order system) and efficient warehouse management. It has an extensive financial module, thanks to which it is possible, among other things, to carry out cash and bank operations or create cash reports. Settlement modules allow the recording of receivables/payables, debt-collection activities and an exchange-rate table. The record-keeping part of the system allows advanced records of the product range, customers, external devices, institutions, partners and employees to be kept.

Subiekt has for years been the sales-system brand most often chosen by Polish entrepreneurs. Subiekt nexo is the next version of this popular program. It was designed with particular attention to user comfort, which makes running a business simpler.

Subiekt nexo is part of InsERT nexo – an integrated package that also includes: Rachmistrz nexo (revenue and expense ledger and flat-rate tax records), Rewizor nexo (financial and accounting system), Gratyfikant nexo (HR and payroll system) and Gestor nexo (CRM).

• full support for all types of commercial and warehouse documents;
• full separation of warehouse and commercial documents, single or bulk generation of invoices from goods-issue documents, correction of warehouse documents; automatic generation of a goods-issue document for an invoice, pro forma invoice, sales invoice from multiple warehouses;
• extensive order system - each line item on a document can have an individual fulfilment date, even earlier than the fulfilment date of the whole document;
• product-range record - goods, services, sets and returnable packaging; sales departments within the record;
• customer record including CRM-type information as well;
• flexible pricing policy - the ability to assign defined price lists to individual customers; the price, and the default and maximum discount for a price-list item, can be set depending on the unit of measure and the sales-threshold level;
• support for advance payments, card payments, cash-on-delivery payments, sales on credit, assignment to another payer, employee purchase advances;
