CenCert - Your qualified electronic signature at ALFA SYSTEM

What is a CenCert qualified electronic signature?
The CenCert qualified electronic signature is an easy and fast tool for signing documents and contracts that carry full formal legal force. A set for creating and verifying an electronic signature backed by a qualified certificate includes: a cryptographic card reader, a cryptographic card, a qualified certificate, and the PEM-HEART Signature application for creating and verifying electronic signatures. The software lets you create and verify signatures based on a qualified certificate. A cloud-based solution is also available, for which a smartphone alone is enough.
As a CenCert Platinum Partner, ALFA SYSTEM will help you handle all the formalities related to a qualified signature, together with full training and support for its operation and use.

Qualified electronic seal
The CenCert qualified electronic seal is an excellent tool for authenticating documents. It guarantees the authenticity of a document's origin. When signing digital documents, security is the foundation that the successive electronic solutions listed in the eIDAS Regulation are meant to ensure. The CenCert qualified electronic seal fully meets these security requirements.
A qualified electronic seal is a modern tool that can be used wherever certainty is required regarding the integrity and authentic origin of a document from a given organization or company. A company may authorize any person to apply the electronic seal.
THE QUALIFIED ELECTRONIC SEAL INCLUDES:
- An electronic seal – a qualified certificate
- A processor card (full-size or SIM format), with a QSCD security certificate in accordance with eIDAS.
- A processor card reader – as a USB token or a card reader connected to a USB port
- The PEM-HEART SIGNATURE application for creating and verifying a qualified signature, plus libraries (PKCS#11, CSP) for handling the card – available for download from the CenCert website.
The qualified service is provided in accordance with the current version of the Policy for Qualified Trust Services.

rSign – a “cloud-based” qualified electronic signature
The rSign “cloud-based” signature is the newest Qualified Electronic Signature solution offered by the CenCert Certification Center. It gives you access to an easy and fast tool for electronically signing any documents and contracts, just like with a traditional electronic signature – all while retaining full legal force. With the rSign electronic signature you can comfortably streamline your everyday work while saving time and money.
RSIGN “CLOUD-BASED” SIGNATURE – ADVANTAGES
- Because your tool is your mobile phone, you can confirm your identity at any time – you always have your phone with you.
- If your phone is stolen or damaged, the signature remains secure, and its configuration can be transferred to another device at no extra cost.
- You can configure the signature in an unexpected situation (e.g. while travelling, without your signature card on hand).
THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE SET INCLUDES:
- A qualified electronic signature certificate
- The PEM-HEART SIGNATURE application for creating and verifying a qualified signature, and the Encard libraries (PKCS#11, CSP) for handling the virtual card – available for download from the CenCert website.
- The rSign by CenCert mobile app for confirming signatures – available for download from Google Play or the App Store
The qualified service is provided in accordance with the current version of the Policy for Qualified Trust Services.

rSeal remote electronic seal
The remote qualified electronic seal service allows a company (institution) to apply electronic seals to any documents. There is therefore no need to purchase certified HSM devices (with no obligation to service them, manage their security, and so on).
Before the service can be activated, a contract must be signed specifying, among other things, the scope of any implementation service. It is also important to agree on details concerning the expected volume of seals to be applied and the related guaranteed performance of the service.
REMOTE ELECTRONIC SEAL
- The remote electronic seal allows for the quick implementation of an efficient system for applying electronic seals. An e-seal does not require the purchase of costly security infrastructure;
- The remote e-seal has all the features and advantages of a “regular” electronic seal;
- The remote electronic seal is secure from an organizational standpoint. This is confirmed by the eIDAS compliance certificate, which covers the qualified remote seal-application service;
- The e-seal is also secure from a technical standpoint, because the HSM device used by CenCert holds a special certificate. The certificate confirms compliance with QSCD security requirements and thus covers the use of the device by a qualified entity, on the client's behalf, to provide the remote electronic seal tool
- The electronic seal, which matters to every user, is also secure from a personal data protection standpoint. This security is also essential for other information contained in documents, because only cryptographic hashes of documents are sent to the CenCert server. These hashes are then sealed, while the documents themselves are never sent to us.
The qualified service is provided in accordance with the current version of the Policy for Qualified Trust Services.
