Did you know that on Novitus Next Pro and One Pro cash registers you can quickly issue and print a personal invoice based on a previously issued receipt?
How to do it?
1 Issue the receipt.
2 Then on the cash register select the "Invoice for receipt" button and select the correct receipt.
3 Click "Select buyer" – choose the customer from the database or add a new one.
4 When asked for the NIP, leave the field blank and click "OK".
5 Select the customer from the list. If we don't have a customer record, we first add them to the database by clicking New customer, and then select them from the list
6 Decide whether the invoice should cover all or only selected items from the receipt.
7 Choose the invoice type: regular, food service, or catering.
8 Click "OK" – the cash register will print the invoice in two copies.
Important: a personal invoice issued this way is not sent to KSeF.
This is a completely new feature compliant with the current rules, and it can be used to issue personal invoices both today and from 1 January 2027.
