Many entrepreneurs ask: "What should I do once, from 2027, it will no longer be possible to issue a simplified invoice using a receipt with the buyer's NIP up to PLN 450?" Cash register users will still be able to issue receipts with a NIP on the device, but it will no longer be possible to treat them as simplified invoices. The seller will be required to issue a structured invoice in the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) as an invoice for the receipt. Fortunately, this requirement will be handled without any problem by modern Novitus cash registers such as NEXT PRO or ONE PRO, which have the function of issuing such invoices directly from the register.
