Product Details

Max. roll diameter 100 mm, label length 18-60 mm and width 50-100 mm. The Mech-Sensor mechanical sensor makes loading label rolls quick and simple.

The APN-100 label applicator comes as standard equipped with a mechanical, precise label-gap sensor. This sensor perfectly recognises label lengths, thereby guaranteeing very high labelling precision. Label application takes place semi-automatically.

Requirements:
The TOWA APN series is designed for rectangular labels
Labels must not be thinner than 50µm (micrometres)
Gap between labels 2 to 3mm
Inner diameter of the label roll 50mm
Maximum diameter of the label roll 100mm
Label length from 18 to 60mm.
